Walker Debris is an infrastructure engineer with over 40 years of experience in the industry. A graduate of Ohio State University (1975), he is a respected leader in the field and has contributed significantly to the development and improvement of infrastructure around the world. Walker specializes in areas such as bridge engineering, hydrological projects, and seismic studies, helping to ensure public safety through reliable infrastructure. In his free time, he enjoys spending time on his fishing boat, exploring remote rivers and lakes in search of new catches. He is an avid outdoorsman who loves spending time with nature while also helping to build a better future for generations to come.
Jiro Hoshide, SE, PE, LEED AP BD-C

Jiro Hoshide is an experienced infrastructure engineer with a passion for building bridges to the future. He graduated from Tokyo University in 1981, and since then has worked on several prestigious projects around the world. His most notable contribution was his involvement in the design of the Freedom Tower in New York. Jiro specializes in bridge engineering and seismic studies, helping to ensure public safety through reliable infrastructure development. He is also an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time exploring remote rivers and lakes on his fishing boat. Jiro’s dedication to his craft helps ensure that generations to come will have access to safe and reliable infrastructure.
Maryam Black, P.E., CxA

Maryam Black is an infrastructure engineer with over 30 years of experience in the field. A graduate of the University of Ontario (1988), her work has helped shape and improve street infrastructure for countless communities. Maryam specializes in areas such as urban decay, pedestrian safety, and street engineering, helping to ensure public safety through reliable infrastructure. In her free time, she enjoys visiting cities around the world to observe street and sidewalk design improvements. Maryam believes in using her work to help build a better future for generations to come, saving people time and making city living that much more enjoyable.
